These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at veymopay.com (the "Site"), operated by UTD Holdings (Pty) Ltd ("Veymo Pay"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing resource describing Veymo Pay's services. It is not an offer to contract, a financial promotion, or an invitation to invest. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. You should consult appropriately qualified advisors before making any decisions based on information available on the Site.
2. Eligibility
The Site is intended for senior decision-makers at organisations operating in the Republic of South Africa. You must be 18 years or older and have authority to bind your organisation when you submit contact forms on its behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, harvesters) to extract data from the Site.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the contact forms.
- Introduce malicious code or otherwise interfere with the Site's operation.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, layouts and software, is the property of UTD Holdings (Pty) Ltd or its licensors and is protected by South African and international intellectual-property laws. "Veymo", "veymo." and the Veymo Pay mark are trade marks of UTD Holdings (Pty) Ltd. You may not use these marks without our written consent.

The Site may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party site.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veymo Pay disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veymo Pay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Veymo Pay against all claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
